The central mission of ISTOS is to create and maintain a worldwide network of scientists, engineers, technologists, and entrepreneurs, that are willing to join forces in promoting the outreach of science and technology to the international community, through research, consulting, education and actual technology deployment, as vehicles for advancing economic, standards of livng, cultural and educational growth in developing areas of the world, such that regional and national prosperity, political stability, peace and democracy are strengthened and maintained.
