One of the cornerstones of our organization is the
self-motivation of individuals to contribute to society. Things get done by those who do
them. Therefore, creating a structured organization with various governing bodies would be
antithematic to the intentions and the attitude of all of those who believe in the
effectiveness of people with a thirst for results.
However, the need to be able to interface with society's
pre-existing schemes and mechanisms, as well as the the legal requirements of the District
of Columbia to have a structured organization, require us to generate a
"traditional" and minimally structured hierarchy consisting of the bodies
described below. This makes us compatible with the "expected" form, but we
operate in an adaptive and dynamic manner that is guided by our desire to contribute. We
are a flat organization in which EVERY member has the same rights and responsibilities,
which in reality are those that they impose on their personal conduct of life.
