Qualifications for Membership

All I.S.T.O.S member are inducted on the basis of three attributes:

Adroitness in their field of expertiese, and on their knowledge of how Science and Technology can provide means for improving their efforts within their focus areas.

Self-motivation in maintaining their desire to continue to improve what they do, how they do it, and how they improve themselves driven by their own internal desire and goals, and not because they relinquish their behavioral freedom to opinions of others. They always want to achieve higher than what is their individual best achievement, and not better than somebody else's achievements.

Benevolancy in how they are considerate of other people's needs, dreams and aspirations, and are willing to invest in helping others while at the same time do not care for

among its
membership.
